1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike conventional lifestyle and dating services, our application does not operate an external cloud database or require user registration. We do NOT collect or transmit:

• Personal Identifiers: No email addresses, phone numbers, real names, or social media logins are requested or saved remotely.
• Biometric or Intimate Activity: No photographs, camera inputs, microphone audio, or intimate session records are ever transmitted over the internet.
• Location Information: We do not request, monitor, or access your GPS coordinates, IP location, or geofences.
• Device Fingerprinting: We do not collect advertising IDs (IDFA / GAID), IMEI numbers, MAC addresses, or contact lists.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To deliver a personalized, tailored experience for you and your partner, the application utilizes your device's private sandboxed storage (SharedPreferences on Android and NSUserDefaults on iOS) exclusively for the following functional data:

• Partner Display Names (Optional): The names you input during onboarding (e.g., "Alex & Taylor") to customize prompts and dice results. You may leave these blank or use nicknames.
• Custom Intimacy Preferences: Your selected dice mood intensity (Romantic, Playful, Adventurous) and sound/haptics toggles.
• Bookmarked Positions & History: Positions or dares marked as "completed" or favorited to track your couple milestones.

This data never leaves your device and cannot be accessed by other applications due to operating system sandbox restrictions.

3. Third-Party Services & Trackers

We believe private moments should remain entirely free from surveillance capitalism:

• No Analytics SDKs: We do not integrate Google Firebase Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or any behavioral telemetry tools.
• No Ad Networks: Dirty Dice is 100% ad-free. We do not use Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or any ad mediation frameworks.
• No Cloud Sync: No third-party cloud hosting providers hold your intimate history.

4. Device Permissions Requested

The application requests only the bare minimum system permissions necessary for core tactile feedback:

• android.permission.VIBRATE (Haptic Feedback): Used solely to provide realistic physical vibration clicks when spinning the Kamasutra wheel or rolling the dice. This can be toggled off at any time in the app settings.

The app does NOT request permissions for Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, Contacts, Storage (External), or Location.

5. Security & On-Device Encryption

Because all data is maintained locally, your data security is protected by your device’s hardware-level security, including your lock screen passcode, FaceID, or fingerprint biometric authentication. If you lock your phone, your Dirty Dice data is encrypted by the underlying operating system file encryption (File-Based Encryption on Android and Data Protection on iOS).

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Age Restriction)

Dirty Dice: Couple Night is strictly intended for consenting adult couples aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly market to, target, or permit usage by minors under the age of 18.

7. Your Rights: Data Control, Deletion & Portability (GDPR & CCPA)

Under global data privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Erasure (Forget): You have the absolute right to purge all data at any time. Simply open the app and tap Settings → Reset All Data, or uninstall the app. This instantly purges all names, bookmarks, and preferences with zero recovery.
• Right of Access & Portability: All data stored is visible directly within the application's interface (profile and saved collection screens).

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory standards or application features. Any modifications will be posted directly to this URL with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp.
